2019 Retiree Reception Invitation Suite

This invitation suite was sent to retired faculty and staff members. The goal of this event is to reunite former GVSU staff members to share in past memories as well as provide them with the current happenings around the university from the current GVSU president. The goal of this design was to create a unified, informative, and well-organized invitation suite geared towards a generally older audience.

The accomplish this, the invitation was designed using a traditional vertical tri-fold. The content is generally large, and laid out to read top to bottom. I followed the GVSU branding by using out Pantone 301 blue combined with a mixture of Gotham and Garamond as the typefaces. The suite includes an invitation, RSVP slip, and map of the event location and parking options.
